Terminating a Client Relationship 16. Navigate to the Active Clients tab. Select client by clicking its FEIN. 17. Navigate to the Contract tab and select Action: Terminate Client Relationship.

18. You will be prompted to identify if the client is insured under the master policy. Additional questions are required depending upon the answer.
