WebFile Guide for PEOs

PREFACE This Guide is designed to assist Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) with using WebFile , the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission’s self-service PEO Registration and Reporting system. The Commission implemented this efficient, web-based system so that the individuals who administer PEOs would have an online resource to manage: • PEO Registration • Client Registration • Client Termination • Annual Reporting • Informational filings with the Commission PEO WebFile is the required method for PEO registration and reporting with the Commission.
