VWC’S MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY

VWC’s management philosophy is the set of shared beliefs and attitudes used in daily operations, strategic planning, and all the activities at Commission. Management’s philosophy is reflected in the VWC core values, policy, oral and written communications, and decision-making. Management makes a huge statement to employees with their everyday actions. Often these actions are taken to heart more so than words.
